Wow, we have both been chefs for a while and both like the same music. Cool. Nice food photos. I like the braised short ribs. Love that kind of food.

Hi Curt...thank you for your comment. Although I was listening to metal and rock and roll long before I was a cook, they sure seem to go hand in hand at times. Both good and bad! For me it is inspiring. Glad you enjoyed the shortribs. I enjoy them as well. I too like writing and use the blog to fulfill that passion and allow it to serve as that creative outlet. Good luck on the transition.
