A Night to Remember...

this was some wicked good cooking that we pulled from our dusty archives. This kitchen menu "firing list" was underneath miles of notes and menus left for dead. It reminded us of some hella cool dishes, tasty combinations, remarkable dining room experiences (Jason...you have your shirt?) and good times on the line.
